Confirmation Sponsors should fill out the online Sponsor Covenant Form (and request a letter of good standing, if applicable)

no later than January 4, 2021.

Access the candidate session videos by creating a FREE account through the parish's subscription:

  • Go to

  • Click on "Sign Up"

  • Click "Sign up as a parishioner"

  • Type in "21144"

  • Select "St. Bernadette Parish"

  • Click "Next"

  • Type in name and email address (*use an address you are able to access easily)

  • Click "Sign Up"


Once you've created your account, you can access Formed on your web browser, download an iOS or Android app, or view the content on your TV using your Roku, Chromecast, Apple TV, etc.

  • If you use an app, you do not need to log in repeatedly.

  • If you use a web browser, go to the address to minimize logging in.

  • *When you log in, you will not use a password. Instead, you will be emailed an access link to the email you provided during signup.

  • Follow our @StBSevernYM account on Instagram or Facebook to get ideas for works of mercy/service from what we've done for Mass & Mercy Nights - and maybe participate in one!

  • Join the Spirit Choir (open to teens who sing and/or play an instrument) - contact Director Mr. Geoff Rohrbach for details!

  • Volunteer with Middle School Faith Formation in 2021 - contact Ms. Rena for details!

  • Join our Tech Ministry which allows us to livestream, maintain quality audio, and put on hybrid programming, among other things! Contact Ms. Rena for details!

  • Not sure how to serve? Ms. Rena would love to have a conversation about how your unique gifts, passions, talents, and time can best be used to serve your neighbor and God.

  • Take advantage of opportunities for the Sacrament of Reconciliation

  • Prepare my heart for Reconciliation through an Examination of Conscience:

  • Thanking God and offering Him my day when I wake up

  • Praying the Ignation Examen (review of the day) at the end of each day

  • Journaling prayer about my weaknesses, bringing them to God & asking for God's strength

  • Partnering with a friend to be "accountability buddies"/friends of virtue to support each other

  • Keeping Post-It notes around reminding me of God's grace & encouraging me to resist temptation
